Registration Fees
The registration fee includes : participation in the full scientific program, lunches, coffee breaks, snacks and beverages during poster sessions, access to technical workshops and flash-talk sessions, the welcome reception, and the banquet.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the secretariat via e-mail. Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:

• All dates are based on Korea Standard Time (KST, GMT+9).
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
• Any applicable bank charges or credit card fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
