Registration Fees
The registration fee includes : participation in the full scientific program, lunches, coffee breaks, snacks and beverages during poster sessions, access to technical workshops and flash-talk sessions, the welcome reception, and the banquet.

- Your registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of your payment proof. Failure to submit the receipt may result in cancellation.
- Any bank transfer fees incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the secretariat via e-mail. Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:
